RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely in love with your new purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange for a different product, please email us at shop@esito.com.au so we can resolve any problems. We will provide you with the return information on our simple return process to send the goods back to us.

Refund or exchange policy only applies if the below terms are met:

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting shop@esito.com.au.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Contact customer service (shop@esito.com.au) to receive return information and return shipping address.
  2. Include the items you wish to exchange or return.
  3. The cost of returning an item for a refund or exchange is your responsibility, unless you have been sent an incorrect item or the item is faulty. In this instance, Esito will refund the cost of return postage to you.
  4. Clearly mark order number on the outside of goods being returned. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. Esito will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Esito will not process returns that have not been approved by our customer service team via email prior.
  5. Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been processed.
  6. Once your return has been received your exchange or refund will be processed immediately.

 

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

We refund you the same way you paid. If you paid via:

Credit Card or Pay Pal: Your refund (excluding postage) will be credited into the same account your payment came from.

Part Credit Card, part voucher: The amount you paid with credit card (excluding postage) will be credited back into the same account, and we will reissue you with a new voucher.

Voucher: We will re-issue you with a new voucher.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving order.

The delivery times provided are estimates only. Esito cannot be held accountable for delays incurred from freight providers which are not in our control.

Please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Esito cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to amend your order or shipping details.

Products are shipped with the authority to leave if you’re not home (ATL). This means if you miss the delivery your order will be left in a secure location at your address. If the delivery driver deems a location as non-secure your order will be taken to your local post office for collection. The delivery driver should leave a card in your letterbox with information about your order and what post office it has been taken to. If this does not occur, we advise you to contact Australia Post or Esito and we will track it down for you.

 

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

In the case of errors or omissions on the website Esito reserve the right to refund part or all of your order prior to the goods being dispatched.

Esito reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases, but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Esito products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

You will receive an email to confirm successful payment. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful, please email customer service at shop@esito.com.au
