We want you to be completely in love with your new purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange for a different product, please email us at email@example.com so we can resolve any problems. We will provide you with the return information on our simple return process to send the goods back to us.
Refund or exchange policy only applies if the below terms are met:
- Orders must be returned within 7 days from purchase
- The goods must not have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
- All products must be returned in their original condition with original tags and in its original packaging as sold when shipped.
- Returns cannot be submitted without contacting customer service first (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Sale items will not be accepted for Refund. Exchanges are applicable to sale items
- Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash
- Esito does not offer refunds for change of mind returns
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting email@example.com.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive return information and return shipping address.
- Include the items you wish to exchange or return.
- The cost of returning an item for a refund or exchange is your responsibility, unless you have been sent an incorrect item or the item is faulty. In this instance, Esito will refund the cost of return postage to you.
- Clearly mark order number on the outside of goods being returned. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. Esito will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Esito will not process returns that have not been approved by our customer service team via email prior.
- Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been processed.
- Once your return has been received your exchange or refund will be processed immediately.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
We refund you the same way you paid. If you paid via:
Credit Card or Pay Pal: Your refund (excluding postage) will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
Part Credit Card, part voucher: The amount you paid with credit card (excluding postage) will be credited back into the same account, and we will reissue you with a new voucher.
Voucher: We will re-issue you with a new voucher.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
In the case of errors or omissions on the website Esito reserves the right to refund part or all of your order prior to the goods being dispatched.
Esito reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases, but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Esito products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
